This panel discussion and world café event were held on Wednesday, 20 April 2016. It was a fantastic opportunity for senior HR and legal professionals and others in strategic or policy roles to come together to consider these key challenges, ask questions of our panel and share perspectives with others.

The labour market in developed economies is becoming increasingly diverse, with most industries facing significant demographic shifts in their workforces. Policymakers and businesses need to understand the impact of these changes and develop and implement effective HR strategies to address them.

Attracting, retaining and nurturing the right mix of people will be a critical success factor for organisations over the coming years. Our expert panel identified the main challenges of an increasingly older, female and culturally diverse workforce and shared their knowledge and insights on how organisations can devise practical initiatives to help future-proof their business and deliver competitive advantage.
